1. Our Role

Peplinx serves solely as a sourcing and logistics coordinator. We do not manufacture, synthesize, produce, or take legal ownership of any products listed, quoted, or shipped. Our role is to connect buyers with verified manufacturers and coordinate shipping through our network of third-party logistics partners.

2. Product Usage

All products sourced through Peplinx are strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic applications, or any use requiring regulatory approval. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. Quality Assurance

We partner exclusively with manufacturers that provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for every batch. All documentation is shared with the buyer for review prior to shipment. Peplinx does not independently test or verify manufacturer-provided COAs unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Order & Payment

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start production. Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of production, before shipment. Production Time: Typically 2–3 business days for larger orders. Payment Methods: Contact us directly for available options.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Peplinx ships via third-party logistics partners. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs seizures, import duties, or any fees imposed by the destination country. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

6. Customs & Import Compliance

Customs regulations vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. Buyers must verify that importing research peptides is permitted in their jurisdiction. Peplinx and its shipping partners will assist with proper documentation to help minimize risks, but we do not guarantee customs clearance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peplinx shall not be liable for: any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use, storage, or application of sourced products; any regulatory or legal consequences arising from the buyer's importation or use of the products; any delays, seizures, or failures caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities; or any discrepancies between manufacturer COAs and actual product composition.

8. No Warranty

All products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Buyers acknowledge that they rely on their own expertise and judgment when purchasing research peptides.

9. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peplinx, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: The Buyer's use or misuse of any sourced products. Any violation of laws or regulations in the Buyer's jurisdiction. Any third-party claims related to the products.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your Country/State].

11. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to read, understand, and be bound by these terms and conditions.
